Our Story
The three of us bonded over our shared passion for mentoring, and we quickly realized that we could use our skills to address the skills gap in Sri Lanka and help people achieve their career goals through mentorship. After many brainstorming sessions, we created Mentoroof, a program that connects students with mentors and offers upskilling workshops. Our unique skill sets allow us to make a real difference in the lives of those we mentor, and we're dedicated to empowering others to succeed.
